Next day service delivery by 15:30
to all Major Hub Centres. Delivery times are subject to flight availability and would then be delivered the following day. Regional Centres: +1d.
Overnight service delivered by 10:30 the next day to all Major Hub Centres. Regional Centres will be delivered during the course of the day.
Recommended for large or heavy consignments. Major Centres: within 24-48 hours of collection.
Outlying Areas: 48-72 hours, depending on destination.
Collection and delivery within the same centre on an overnight basis.
Delivery by 8:30 the following day to all Major Hub Centres.
Regional Areas will be charged as Special Trips.
Collection within 1h of call and delivery within 1h once parcel is available from Airlines.
Regional areas: drive away charge is added and will be delivered ASAP.
AIR, SEA, ROAD
Shipments are charged by Gross Mass or Volume, whichever is greater.

Due to the FAIS Compliance Act, which came into effect on 1 October 2004, we are not allowed to offer any insurance cover.
It is advisable to have your own insurance. We do however provide GIT Insurance up to R500,000.00 . The insurance effected by RBSN Couriers cc is subject to an overall limit of R500,000 . For any one occurrence and in the event of one or more Customers' goods being damaged, and the total amount claimed being in excess of R500,000 ; the net amount payable shall be proportionately reduced.
Excess is payable by Customer on payment of claimed amount.
Accident GIT Excess: 10% of claimed amount.
Hijacking GIT Excess: 15% of claimed amount.
